Draftsperson

You are a reliable, organized, self-starter with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines.  You have an Architectural Technology diploma, Autocad and residential housing experience.  You enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced environment. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation and maintenance of all drawing sets.
  • Matching specifications with drawing sets.
  • Modify elevation to adhere to architectural guidelines for new subdivisions.
  • Assist in design work or elevations on new and existing projects.
  • Draft and design homes and site plans.
  • Coordination with Purchasing and Marketing departments.
  • Release drawings to Purchasing department.
  • Support the Marketing department in preparation of marketing materials.
  • Completion of permit applications.
  • Assist with quantity take offs and estimating as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of Architectural Technology Diploma
  • 1-2 years experience in residential construction.

INTERPERSONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Able to communicate – verbal and written
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • AutoCAD experience necessary (AutoCAD 2012 LT preferred).

Sales Consultant/Area Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, The Sales Associate/Area Manager is responsible for the sale of new homes at the established prices with direct attention to the sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction for Lincolnberg Homes.

  • Manage all sales and customer relations within the assigned subdivision or project.
  • Maintenance of show home, sales center or sales trailer.
  • Manage customerâs sales process up to completion of possession.
  • Write up purchase agreements with customer.
  • Maintaining work schedule outlined by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Attendance at all sales meetings and company events.
  • Responsible for completion of Lead Generation with weekly goals, traffic counts, prospects and follow up.
  • Report traffic counts and qualified buyers to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Provide Host/Hostess with up-to-date product information and price list.
  • Responsible for Host/Hostess bonusâ payable for all new home sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Completion of High School diploma.
  • 3-5 years experience in Sales in any industry.
  • Experience in residential/commercial construction is an asset.
